Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Your appointment time is reserved and held for you and the consideration of reasonable notice allows for the time to be accessed by another patient. If 24 hour notice is not provided, you may be charged an $80 fee.
